We started this because the big providers are miserable to deal with
Every one of us has sat on hold with a national carrier, explained the same problem to the third person in a row, and been told somebody would call back. Nobody ever does. That is the entire reason this company exists.
If you buy phones from one of the big providers, you are buying from a corporation with millions of customers, and you are one line on a spreadsheet. Support means a call center. The person on the other end has never seen your building, does not know your setup, and is reading from a script that does not cover your problem.
We got tired of it. Not as a business idea, as customers. So we built the phone service we wanted to buy: the same features the big carriers sell, at a price that makes sense, run by people you can actually reach.
That is the whole pitch. We are not claiming to have invented anything. We are claiming that the phones work, and that when they do not, a real person picks up and fixes it.
